         Jennifer,

We just adore Flirt so much. What a sweet girl. She still has never had an accident in the house, so I think at this point, we've made it. However she is definitely in that teen age state of mind, and if its left in the yard, yes, she will destroy it, including her and Handsome's bed! Nothing different from most puppies though, and I know it will pass! She is a big kisser!!! Its so fun that everyone in our neighborhood knows the dogs. It used to be "OH there is Handsome" and now added onto that is "and thats Flirt". Love it, and thanks so much for the joy she has added to our lives. Now if she would just quit chewing on things, and tormenting our three cats! :)

Jennifer,

It was such a pleasure meeting you and your family as well. And I must say, you guys sure are a class act, from meeting us at the halfway point, to Flirt's collar, leash, and toys! Everything is going really well. Handsome is really enjoying her and they are getting along great. The cats are not so sure of her, even though they are fine with Handsome. I think it will just take them awhile to realize, yes, she belongs here! The cats are outdoor only pets anyway, so they are not traumatizing her. We had not planned on her being such a companion to our 5 year old, but let me tell you, she is all about him. Between the two it sure is puppy love! My 5 year old is off to his first day of kindergarten today, and I can tell Flirt is truley missing him. She is cuddled up on his bean bag chair right now, which undoubtably smells like him!

She is so darling and sweet, and we are so thrilled with her. I'll try to get some pictures out this evening.

Take care, and thank you so much for Flirt!

Sincerely,

The Pachecos

I am a first time Dane owner and have loved every minute of it.  We purchased a male Dane named “Hurley”  by the Casaday's, which we renamed “Toby”.  He is the Harlequin color and, believe it or not, we still have people call him a Dalmatian when they first see him (even though he’s huge).  I’ve attached some pictures from the day we got him up to now.  He’s currently 98 pounds and 30 inches at the shoulders.  I’d love to know how all his siblings are growing and how they compare.  He seems very intelligent and learns commands very quickly.  Absolutely no issues with house training (one accident the second day and that’s it).  He didn’t like his nails trimmed the first time, but now we use the “Pedicure” (which I typically don’t buy things off of TV), but it’s been wonderful and he just lays there like he’s at the salon J.  His personality is very gentle and curious.  He’s definitely in an “active” stage of his growing and loves to chase our little dog.  At first, he was very clumsy, but seems to be finding his footing now.  I’m sure you are all experiencing similar things, but I’d love to hear all of it!
